Learn how to make your own organic sea moss gel at home in 3 easy steps:

  1. Take a small handful (roughly 20 gms or 3/4 oz) of dried, raw sea moss. Rinse under water and massage to remove any trapped sand and salt.
  2. Submerge washed sea moss in freshwater and allow to soak for 4 - 8 hours. Option to add a lime to alkalize the water.
  3. Transfer soaked sea moss to blender and add ½ to 1 cup of fresh water and blend until smooth. Adjust water as needed.

One tablespoon of gel per day is the recommended serving amount.
